Q: Will I meet the sitter/walker?

A: Yes


Q: Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walks/day care?

A: Yes, We are very flexible. Our goal is to provide a great service and meet your needs.


Q: Can I request off-hours sitting/walking?

A: Yes



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We ask that you notify us by telephone to cancel any services giving at least 24hrs notice.


Q: What do you do in case of emergency?

A: We first call the client to discuss the situation and best course of action. If the client cannot be reached and medical attention is required we will take the pet to the veterinary practice designated in our client information form.
